The Crusaders can usually line up a team composed by 15 stars every day of the year. If they managed to shine each in a different round, the Crusaders would win the regular season with no losses and still two of them would remain to shine for the semifinals and the final.
Guess who was the shining star of round one for the Crusaders
Hint: his name starts with "L" and finishes with "eon McDonald" :P

Leon McDonald is quite an unheralded player really. Do you remember when he played flyhalf for the All Blacks? The All Blacks have kinda kicked Leon around. The same may be said of Mils Muliaina. It is so French to move players around like the All Blacks have domne with the above and McAlsiter. My Goodness, they have such a wealth of players, I am not even certain that Dan Carter is the best flyhalf in the world and the All Blacks.
Monsieur Rugbycan
Well, I honestly think that Leon belongs in the 15 jersey. I saw him playing at first five eighths in two or three games and I saw him unease... The problem of the black 15 jersey is that it seems already given to Muliaina (I like both).
Well, at number ten New Zealand has certainly got a wide range of options: my favourite Nick Evans is on, but also there is Chief Stephen Donald, or Isa Nacewa, Carter's second at the Crusaders Stephen Brett...
I think the front row is the only part of the game that could be damaged after Hayman left. Afoa, Tialata and co shall have to fight hard.
I am very comfortable in what you are saying except , I truly believe. Tialata and Afoe are up to the task.
I was very surprised John Afoe was not selected for the All Blacks last year after his magnificent S14 season.
